The Port Bienville Railroad is a class III railroad operating in Mississippi. All mainline rail operated by PBVR has 286,000 pound gross-weight-on-rail capability. PBVR can store up to 429 rail cars at any one time. Multi-modal warehouse and trans-load facilities are available. The multi-modal facility is located in the Gulf Coast Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ) #92 within the industrial park. Ansley, Mississippi
Ansley is an Unincorporated area, unincorporated community in Hancock County, Mississippi, United States. It is located approximately west of Bay St. Louis, Mississippi, Bay St. Louis. History Ansley was established as a Request stop, flag stop on the Louisville and Nashville Railroad (L&NRR), which was constructed between New Orleans, Louisiana and Mobile, Alabama during 1869 and 1870. The community derived its name from M.M. Ansley, who was a railroad maintenance official for the L&NRR. During the early years after its establishment, Ansley was a postal village.
