''Poojai'' () is a 2014 Indian Tamil-language action film written and directed by Hari, and produced by Vishal, who also played the lead role alongside an ensemble cast featuring Shruti Haasan, Sathyaraj, Raadhika, Mukesh Tiwari, and Soori. Yuvan Shankar Raja composed the soundtrack and score for the film, while cinematography and editing were handled by Priyan and V. T. Vijayan, respectively. The film was officially launched on 28 March 2014 with a first look release, and principal photography began on 18 April 2014. Hari Gopalakrishnan is an Indian film director best known for his action film, action and masala film, masala films in Tamil cinema. He made his directorial debut with ''Thamizh'' (2002). Vishal Krishna Reddy (born 29 August 1977), also known as Vishal, is an Indian actor and film producer from Tamil cinema. The younger son of film producer G. K. Yuvan Shankar Raja
Yuvan Shankar Raja or Abdul Haliq (born 31 August 1979) is an Indian film score and soundtrack composer and singer-songwriter. He mainly scores music for Tamil films. Considered a versatile composer, he is particularly known for his use of Western music elements and often credited with having introduced hip hop to the Tamil film and music industry and started the "era of remixes" in Tamil Nadu. Priyan (1964 – 9 November 2017) was an Indian cinematographer who has worked on Tamil language films. Beginning his career as an assistant to Balu Mahendra, Priyan began his career as an independent technician in the 1990s before establishing himself as a leading cinematographer in the Tamil film industry in the 2000s. ''Anjani Putra'' () is an Indian Kannada-language action film directed by A. Harsha and produced by M. N. Kumar.
