Pontus Artti
Pontus Kaarlo Artti (until 1896 Tegström; 1 January 1878, in Ylitornio – 30 July 1936, in Helsinki) was a Finnish diplomat, journalist and writer. The parents of Pontus Artti's were the Lensmann Karl Gustaf Tegström and Mathilda Kajander. He graduated from Oulu Lyseo Upper Secondary School in 1896 and initially worked as a theater and journalist. Artti was the Editor-in-Chief of ''Turun Sanomat ''Turun Sanomat'' is the leading regional newspaper of the region of Southwest Finland. It is published in the region's capital, Turku and the third most widely read morning newspaper in Finland after ''Helsingin Sanomat'' and '' Aamulehti''. ...'' in 1910–1917. Ylitornio ( sv, Övertorneå; sme, Badje-Duortnus; smn, Pajetuárnus) is a municipality of Finland. Lyseo Upper Secondary School
Oulun Lyseon Lukio (Oulu Lyseo Upper Secondary School) is a Finnish upper secondary school in the city of Oulu in northern Finland. The school has over 60 teachers and about 750 students. An envoy extraordinary and minister plenipotentiary, usually known as a minister, was a diplomatic head of mission who was ranked below ambassador. A diplomatic mission headed by an envoy was known as a legation rather than an embassy.
