PizzaExpress is a British multinational restaurant group, owned by a group of bondholders. It has over 470 restaurants across the United Kingdom and 100 overseas in Europe, Hong Kong, China, India, Indonesia, Kuwait, the Philippines, the United Arab Emirates, Singapore and Saudi Arabia. It was founded in 1965 by Peter Boizot. In July 2020, the business was taken over by its bondholders under a debt-for-equity swap with previous owner Hony Capital. In November 2020, Hony Capital left the business and the group restructure was completed, helping to cut the casual dining chain's debt by more than £400 million. Valentine Warner
Valentine Warner (born 1972) is a chef. He started his television career on the BBC in autumn 2008 with '' What to Eat Now'', a cookery programme based on his book of the same name. His parents were Simone Georgina de Ferranti (née Nangle) and the diplomat Frederick Warner, who was British Ambassador to Japan from 1972 until 1975. He attended Bedales School in Hampshire from 1985 to 1990. In 1994 he began studying at the Byam Shaw School of Art and trained as a portrait painter. InterContinental London Park Lane is a luxury five-star hotel in London, England operated by the InterContinental Hotels Group. It is located at 1 Hamilton Place on Hyde Park Corner with Park Lane, close to the shopping center of Knightsbridge and Piccadilly.
