Piotr Brożek
Piotr Czesław Brożek (born 21 April 1983) is a Polish footballer who plays as a left-back or on the left wing. Club career Born in Kielce, Piotr was a product of the Polonia Białogon Kielce youth system, and moved to Wisła Kraków in 1998. He made his Ekstraklasa debut for Wisła Kraków on 8 September 2001, in a match against GKS Katowice. During the 2004–05 Ekstraklasa season, Piotr was loaned to Górnik Zabrze; there he appeared in 22 games, scoring 3 goals. Brożek won the Ekstraklasa championship six times with Wisła Kraków. In January 2011, Brożek, together with his twin brother Paweł, joined Turkish Süper Lig side Trabzonspor on a -year deal for an undisclosed fee from Wisła Kraków. Kielce
Kielce (, yi, קעלץ, Keltz) is a city in southern Poland, and the capital of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship. In 2021, it had 192,468 inhabitants. Polish Cup
The Polish Cup in football ( pl, Puchar Polski w piłce nożnej ) is an elimination tournament for Polish football clubs, held continuously from 1950, and is the second most important national title in Polish football after the Ekstraklasa title. Due to mass participation of teams, the tournament is often called ''The Cup of the Thousand Teams'' ( pl, Puchar Tysiąca Drużyn ). Participation is open to any club registered with the Polish FA, regardless of whether it competes in any league in the national pyramid. Reserve and veteran teams are also eligible, with reserve teams reaching the final on two occasions (and winning it once). The Cup is popular among lower-level teams, as it gives them a chance to play better known sides. The Süper Lig (, ''Super League''), officially known as Spor Toto Süper Lig for sponsorship reasons, is a Turkish professional league for association football clubs. It is the top-flight of the Turkish football league system and is run by the Turkish Football Federation. In the 2022–23 season, nineteen clubs compete, where a champion is decided and three clubs are promoted from, and relegated to the 1. Lig. The season runs from August to May, with each club playing 36 matches. Matches are played Friday through Monday. The competition was initially established in 1923.
