This is a list of the Philippines' representatives and their placements at the Big Four international beauty pageants. The Philippines, was widely considered a beauty pageant powerhouse until 2022. Miss Earth 2008
Miss Earth 2008, the 8th edition of the Miss Earth pageant, was held on November 9, 2008, at the Clark Expo Amphitheater in Angeles City, Philippines. Eighty-five delegates arrived from 19 October 2008 in Philippines. The pageant was broadcast live via ABS-CBN and coverage since on Studio 23 in the Philippines and other stations throughout the world. Jessica Trisko of Canada crowned her successor Karla Henry of Philippines the end of the event. Miss World Philippines is a beauty pageant in the Philippines that selects the country's representatives to the Miss World, one of the Big Four international beauty pageants. The pageant also selects four other representatives to participate in minor international pageants such as Miss Supranational, Reina Hispanoamericana, and Miss Eco International. In addition the organizer of the pageant also held its male counterpart Mister World Philippines to pick representatives to participate in Mister World, and Mister Supranational. Miss Universe Philippines is a beauty pageant and organization that selects the Philippines' official representative to the Miss Universe pageant. Shamcey Gurrea Supsup-Lee (; born May 16, 1986) is a Filipino architect, beauty pageant titleholder and pageant director. She was crowned as Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2011.
