Philip John Micech (born August 11, 1961) was a defensive end for the Minnesota Vikings in the National Football League in 1987. He played at the collegiate level at the University of Wisconsin–Platteville where he now serves as the defensive line coach. Defensive end (DE) is a defensive position in the sport of gridiron football. This position has designated the players at each end of the defensive line, but changes in formation (American football), formations over the years have substantially changed how the position is played.
