Phil Jurkovec
Phil Jurkovec (born November 3, 1999) is an American football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Panthers. He previously played college football for the Boston College and the Notre Dame. Early years Jurkovec attended Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania. He took over at quarterback at Pine-Richland after senior Ben DiNucci graduated in 2015. During his high school career, he had 11,144 total yards, 8,202 passing yards and 71 touchdown passes. As a senior, he played in the 2018 U.S. Army All-American Bowl and was the ''Pittsburgh Post-Gazette'' Player of the Year. Jurkovec committed to the University of Notre Dame to play college football. Jamie Newman
Jamie Newman (born December 1, 1997) is an American professional Canadian football quarterback for the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League (CFL). He played college football at Wake Forest before transferring to Georgia in 2020, although he opted out of playing that season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Newman signed with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent in 2021 but was released prior to the season. Early years Newman attended Graham High School in Graham, North Carolina. Jeff Hafley
Jeff Hafley (born April 4, 1979) is an American football coach who is the head coach of Boston College. Raised in Montvale, New Jersey, Hafley played prep football at Pascack Hills High School. Hafley was a four-year letterman (1997–2000) as a wide receiver on the Siena Saints football team and graduated in 2001 from Siena College with a bachelor's degree in history. He earned a master's degree from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2003. The NCAA transfer portal is a National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) application, database, and compliance tool launched on October 15, 2018, to manage and facilitate the process for student athletes seeking to transfer between member institutions. The transfer portal permits student athletes to place their name in an online database declaring their desire to transfer. Athletes enter the portal by informing their current school of their desire to transfer; the school then has two business days to enter the athlete's name in the database. The Navy Midshipmen football team represents the United States Naval Academy in NCAA Division I FBS (Football Bowl Subdivision) college football.
