Finnish ( endonym: or ) is a Uralic language of the Finnic branch, spoken by the majority of the population in Finland and by ethnic Finns outside of Finland. Antti Petteri Orpo (born 3 November 1969) is a Finnish politician serving as the leader of the National Coalition Party since 2016. He has previously served as Deputy Prime Minister of Finland from 2017 to 2019, Minister of Finance from 2016 to 2019, Minister for Agriculture and Forestry from 2014 to 2015 and Minister of Interior from 2015 to 2016. Petteri Wirtanen (born May 28, 1986) is a Finnish professional ice hockey Forward currently playing with HC TPS in the Liiga. Wirtanen was selected 172nd overall in the 6th round of the 2006 NHL Entry Draft by the Anaheim Ducks. Playing career Wirtanen played as a youth within HPK. He made his professional debut with the club at the SM-liiga level during the 2004–05 season. In the following season he became a Finnish champion with HPK in 2006. He was signed to a three-year, entry-level contract with the Anaheim Ducks on July 27, 2006. Wirtanen spent his first full North American season with the Ducks' American Hockey League affiliate, the Portland Pirates for the 2006–07 campaign. He recorded 7 goals and 18 points in 67 games. Enduro
Enduro is a form of motorcycle sport run on extended cross-country, off-road courses. Enduro consists of many different obstacles and challenges. The main type of enduro event, and the format to which the World Enduro Championship is run, is a time-card enduro, whereby a number of stages are raced in a time trial against the clock. Time-keeping enduros In a traditional time-keeping enduro, riders leave together in groups or rows, and each row starts at a certain minute. The object of the event is to arrive at pre-defined checkpoints according to a strict schedule. Early or late arrivals result in the riders' scores being penalized. Throughout a day there will also be allocated periods for refuelling and servicing the machine. Petteri Silván (born 21 October 1972) is a Finnish enduro rider and a five-time World Enduro Champion (including the overall world championship title in 1999). He is also a four-time winner of the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE) World Trophy with Team Finland. Silván won the Finnish rounds of the World Enduro Championship in 1991, which earned him a factory team contract with Husqvarna for the following season. Riding in the 125 cc world championship for Husqvarna, he finished runner-up to Paul Edmondson in 1994 and then won his first world title in 1995. Juha Petteri Salomaa (born 26 August 1961, Helsinki) is a Finnish operatic bass-baritone who has had an active international singing career in operas and concerts since the late 1970s. He has performed on more than 30 recordings with a variety of record labels, including Decca Records, Deutsche Grammophon, Harmonia Mundi, HMV, and Philips Records among others. He taught on the voice faculty at the Sibelius Academy from 2003–2008, and currently serves as a Visiting Professor of Singing at the Royal College of Music in Stockholm. Petteri Pennanen (born 19 September 1990) is a Finnish football player who plays as a midfielder for Ilves. Club career A product of local KuPS, Pennanen made his senior début on 29 April 2007, aged 16, against VIFK. A month later, he was a starter against PK-35. That season he appeared in 13 first-team matches. In February 2009 Pennanen signed a two-year contract with the Dutch team Twente along with teammate Tuomas Rannankari. After not making a single appearance for the Twente's first-team, Pennanen left the Dutch champions during winter 2011 and signed with TPS. He signed with RoPS before the 2014 season.
