Petrol Ofisi S.K.
Petrol Ofisi was a sports club founded in Ankara in 1954. It received the name of Petrol Ofisi (POAS; Petroleum Agency) in 2000, after the privatization of POAS. Petrol Ofisi withdrew due to financial difficulties. In 2010 the registration was revoked and the club was closed by the Turkish Football Federation. They played in the first division in the 1994–1995 season. Osvaldo Nartallo was a player of Petrol Ofisi. The Turkish Football Federation (; TFF) is the governing body of association football in Turkey. It was formed on 23 April 1923, and joined FIFA the same year and UEFA in 1962. Osvaldo Nartallo
Osvaldo Darío Nartallo (born 1972 in General Belgrano, Buenos Aires, Argentina), is a former Argentine footballer. Nartallo started his career with San Lorenzo de Almagro in 1990, he only made 10 appearances for the club, and left in 1992. His next club was Nueva Chicago in the Argentine 2nd Division. Later in 1992 he joined Orlando Pirates in South Africa and in 1993 he joined Beşiktaş JK in Turkey, he achieved moderate success at the club, scoring several goals. He later played for in Petrol Ofisi Spor in Turkey. In 1998, he moved to Spain and played for Granada CF, along with other compatriots, Gaston Lolito and Sebastian Hernán Cattáneo. The TFF 1. Lig, officially known as Spor Toto 1. Lig for sponsorship reasons, is the second level of the Turkish football league system. The league was founded in 2001 as the ''Turkish Second League Category A'' after the reorganization of the Second Football League, which was the second level of the Turkish league system between 1963 and 2001. The league was called ''Türk Telekom Lig A'' in the 2006–2007 season, and was renamed to ''TFF First League'' prior to the 2007–08 season. As of 16 January 2008 the league was renamed as Bank Asya 1.
