Peter Wettergren
Peter Frank Vettergren (born 3 March 1968) is a Swedish former footballer who started his professional career with Åtvidabergs FF. He is the current assistant manager of the Sweden national team. Coaching career Peter started his career coaching the local team of Ödeshög before he joined the first professional club Motala AIF in 1999, where in the very season the club was promoted from Division 4 to Division 3 league championship in his first full season with the club. He was then picked by the Allsvenskan club IF Elfsborg which plays in the Swedish top division football as assistant manager with Magnus Haglund, where he guided the team to win championship in 2006 Allsvenskan and qualify for first time to participate in the UEFA Champions League. Erik Hamrén
Erik Anders Hamrén (born 27 June 1957) is a Swedish manager and former football player, who is the manager of Danish Superliga club AaB. He also previously coached the Sweden national football team between 2009 and 2016 and the Iceland national football team from 2018 to 2020. Playing career Hamrén played in local team Ljusdals IF before starting his coaching career. An injury ended his playing career. Coaching career Hamrén coached Norwegian team Rosenborg BK to league championship in his first full season with the club. The UEFA Intertoto Cup (from la, Inter, 'between' + german: toto, 'betting pool'),Most precisely, from (football pool); cf. often abbreviated and more known in the German-speaking world as UI Cup and originally called the International Football Cup, was a summer football competition. The competition was discontinued after the 2008 tournament. Teams who originally would have entered the Intertoto Cup now directly enter the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League from this point. Svenska Supercupen, ''Swedish Super Cup'', was a one-off fixture in Swedish football played between the Allsvenskan champions and the winners of Svenska Cupen. The fixture was played in November, after the Allsvenskan season. In the event of a club winning the double (as AIK did in 2009 and Helsingborg in 2011) the runner up of the Allsvenskan would take part. In 2011, Helsingborgs IF became the first team to have won Svenska Supercupen and not being the defending Allsvenskan champions. The winner of Svenska Supercupen received a prize money of 250,000 SEK. The 2015 match, which became the last edition, was played on 8 November at Nya Parken, Norrköping where league winners IFK Norrköping competed against cup winners IFK Göteborg. Svenska Cupen (, ''The Swedish Cup'') is a knockout cup competition in Swedish football and the main Swedish football cup. Svenska Cupen usually refers to the men's tournament, although a women's tournament is also held. Each year 96 teams compete, comprising the 16 teams from Allsvenskan and the 16 teams of Superettan together with 64 teams from lower tiers of the league system. The winners qualify for the qualifying stages of the UEFA Europa League. The winner is awarded Gustaf VI Adolf Cup. Compared to cups in many other countries, Svenska Cupen attracts considerably less public interest and even the cup final is rarely sold out. Consequently, the Swedish Football Association has experimented with the format in order to raise the profile of the cup.
