Peter Boss
Peter Boss (born 29 August 1975, in Narragansett, Rhode Island) is a former racing driver. Boss raced in the Euro Formula 3000, Barber Dodge Pro Series and European Le Mans Series among other racing series. Boss retired from professional racing after the 2005 season. Career history Partnering with Team JVA, John Village Automotive Boss entered the Formula Opel Lotus, Formula Vauxhall Winter Series in Great Britain. The American competed three races in the series. Boss succeeded his racing debut in 1998 in the Skip Barber Formula Dodge Southern Race Series. At Palm Beach International Raceway, Moroso Motorsports Park Boss scored his first career wins. While Matt Plumb dominated the season Boss finished in the runner-up position. The 21-year-old returned to the series in 1999. Narragansett is a town in Washington County, Rhode Island, United States. The population was 14,532 at the 2020 census. However, during the summer months the town's population more than doubles to near 34,000. Matt Plumb (Born 8 July 1974) is a racing driver who has previously competed in the Barber Dodge Pro Series and currently races in the Continental Tire Sports Car Challenge. Matt Plumb is also team manager of Rum Bum Racing, a sportscar and GT racing team. Career Matt Plumb was born on 8 July 1974 to Michael Plumb and Donnan Sharp. His father was a former Olympic equestrian rider and United States Olympic Hall of Fame inductee. His mother competed in the 1968 Summer Olympics. After his bachelor study in history and economics at the University of Virginia and a short career in finance at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Matt pursued a career in auto racing. Augusto Farfus Jr. (born 3 September 1983) is a Brazilian professional racing driver, and BMW Motorsport works driver. He lives in Monaco. Early years Born in Curitiba, Farfus first tasted racing in minibike races and won the local championships in 1991. Like many drivers, his motorsport career began with karting. The Autodromo di Pergusa is an automobile and motorcycle circuit that encircles the only Sicilian natural lake, Pergusa Lake. The circuit is also known as Enna-Pergusa, as the lake is located near the city of Enna. Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is a road course auto racing facility located in Troy Township, Morrow County, Ohio, United States, just outside the village of Lexington. Lime Rock Park is a natural-terrain motorsport road racing venue located in Lakeville, Connecticut, United States, a hamlet in the town of Salisbury, in the state's northwest corner. Built in 1956, it is the nation's third oldest continuously operating road racing venue, behind Road America (1955) and Willow Springs International Motorsports Park (1953). Todd Snyder (born 6 January 1965) in Anchorage, Alaska, is a former racing driver and driving instructor. Snyder was placed second in the 1998 and 1999 Barber Dodge Pro Series seasons.
