Pearl Street/Arts District station (formerly Pearl station) is a DART Light Rail station located in Dallas, Texas. It is located on Bryan Street, east of Pearl Street, in the City Center District. It opened June 14, 1996, and is the easternmost station on the trunk line segment shared by the Red, Blue, Green and Orange Lines, serving the Plaza of the Americas, the Sheraton Dallas Hotel, 2001 Bryan Tower, the San Jacinto Tower, the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony Center and JPMorgan Chase Tower. Pearl station was the original northern terminus of the Red and Blue lines before they were extended (Red in 1997 and Blue in 1999). JPMorgan Chase Tower (Dallas)
Chase Tower is a , 55-story postmodern skyscraper at 2200 Ross Avenue in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas. Although it is the fourth tallest skyscraper in the city, if one were to exclude antennas and spires, it would be the third. It is also the 12th tallest building in Texas. The building was designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and was completed in 1987. The building also houses the Dallas Petroleum Club, a business and social club located on the 39th and 40th floors. This building is known for its unique architecture which includes a curved glass top and a 6-story hole in the center of the building near the top and is nicknamed the "Keyhole Building" by some people. 2100 Ross Avenue (simply 2100 Ross, formerly San Jacinto Tower) is a 33-story postmodern skyscraper located at 2100 Ross Avenue/2121 San Jacinto Street in the City Center District of downtown Dallas, Texas, in the United States. The structure stands at a height of and contains of office space. In 2012, the building was bought for US$59 million by Cousins Properties, an Atlanta based real estate company. In 2013, the company announced that they would renovate the building's interior. The project includes lobby improvements, high-tech installations, and security upgrades. It was completed in 2014. The building was then owned by Thomas Dundon who purchased it in 2015 to house his financial firm Dundon Capital Partners.
