Paul W. Robertson
Paul William Robertson (December 19, 1954 – September 2, 2014) was a Canadian businessperson, media executive and producer known for his work in animated television and broadcasting. He died of pancreatic cancer on September 2, 2014. Career Robertson held an honours degree in business administration from The Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. Robertson brought over 30 years of broadcasting and marketing experience to the operational oversight of the Global network and Shaw Media’s portfolio of 18 specialty channels. The CTV Television Network, commonly known as CTV, is a Canadian English-language terrestrial television network. Launched in 1961 and acquired by BCE Inc. in 2000, CTV is Canada's largest privately owned television network and is now a division of the Bell Media subsidiary of BCE. General Foods
General Foods Corporation was a company whose direct predecessor was established in the United States by Charles William Post as the Postum Cereal Company in 1895. The company changed its name to "General Foods" in 1929, after several corporate acquisitions, by Marjorie Post after she inherited the established cereal business from her father C. W. Post. In November 1985, General Foods was acquired by Philip Morris Companies (now Altria Group, Inc.) for $5.6 billion, the largest non-oil acquisition to that time.
