Paul Thomas (director)
Paul Thomas is an American pornographic film actor and director. He is a member of the AVN Hall of Fame and the XRCO Hall of Fame. Biography Thomas was born in Winnetka, Illinois to an upper-middle-class family in 1949. His father was of Greek-Jewish descent and his mother of Russian-Jewish descent. His family moved to the nearby Village of Glencoe, Illinois where he attended Glencoe's Central School, played on the school's basketball team and graduated 8th grade in 1963. He then attended New Trier Township High School and graduated in 1967. Brothers James Lloyd "Jim" Mitchell (November 30, 1943 in Stockton, California – July 12, 2007 in Petaluma, California) and Artie Jay Mitchell (December 17, 1945 in Lodi, California – February 27, 1991 in Marin County, California) were American entrepreneurs. XRCO Awards
The XRCO Awards are given by the American X-Rated Critics Organization annually to people working in adult entertainment and it is the only adult industry awards show reserved exclusively for industry members. Once every calendar year, XRCO members are asked to submit their own nominations. Members do not have to vote in every award category, but they are asked only to vote in areas that they feel qualified in. The award ceremony usually takes place during the spring and no later than the first week of April. Some of the works and workers are inducted into the XRCO Hall of Fame during the awards.
