Paul Butler (artist)
Paul Butler (born 1973 in Winnipeg, Manitoba) is an artist with an interest in multidisciplinary, social and alternative pedagogical practices. His practice includes hosting the collage parties, a touring experimental studio established 1997 and directing the operations of The Other Gallery, a nomadic commercial gallery focused on overlooked artists' practices established in 2001. In 2007, he founded the UpperTradingPost.com, a website that facilitates artist trading. He also initiated the experimental school Reverse Pedagogy that began at the Banff Centre for the Arts in 2008, and has since travelled to Venice in 2009, among other locations. He has exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, Plug In ICA, Winnipeg, White Columns, New York City, Creative Growth Art Centre, Oakland and Sparwasser HQ, Berlin. Paul Butler (bishop)
Paul Roger Butler (born 18 September 1955) is the bishop of Durham in the Diocese of Durham. His election was confirmed on 20 January 2014 and he was installed and enthroned in Durham Cathedral on 22 February 2014. On 12 September 2013 it was announced that he had been appointed as bishop-designate of Durham (succeeding Justin Welby.) He was previously bishop of Southwell and Nottingham. He was installed at Southwell Minster on 27 February 2010. He served as the suffragan bishop of Southampton in the Diocese of Winchester from 2004 until 2010. Paul Richard Butler (born 26 June 1963) is a former English cricketer. Butler was a right-handed batsman who bowled right-arm medium pace. He was born in Sleaford, Lincolnshire. Butler made his debut for Lincolnshire in the 1983 Minor Counties Championship against Cumberland. Butler played Minor counties cricket for Lincolnshire from 1983 to 1995, which included 51 Minor Counties Championship matches and 11 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches. Paul Butler (born 1985/1986) is an English football coach. Coaching career After enrolling as a Sport and Exercise Science degree student at Manchester Metropolitan University, Butler completed work placements at Manchester City and Middlesbrough before spending time at the Australian Institute of Sport and then undertaking a season-long internship as fitness coach for Premier League side Fulham F.C. as part of Roy Hodgson's Coaching staff. In June 2010, he joined Oldham Athletic as part of Paul Dickov's Managerial Team with his role of Head Of Sports Science as well as working as Fitness Coach. Paul John Butler (born 9 June 1964) is an English former footballer who played as a midfielder in the Football League for Wolverhampton Wanderers, Hereford United and Hartlepool United. Career Butler was born in Stockton-on-Tees, and began his career at Wolverhampton Wanderers as an apprentice. He made his senior debut for the club on 28 August 1982 as a substitute in a 2–1 win over Blackburn Rovers, the first of ten appearances during the 1982–83 season. After making just three substitute appearances in the top flight, he was loaned to Hereford United in the second half of the 1983–84 season to gain playing time.
