Paul Aron
Paul Aron (born 4 February 2004) is an Estonian racing driver currently set to race in the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship with Prema Racing. He previously competed in the Formula Regional European Championship for Prema in 2021 and 2022, in which he ended both series in third. Aron is part of the Mercedes Junior Team. He also won the rookie cup in the 2019 Italian F4 Championship and placed third in the regular standings. Career Karting Starting in Estonia at the age of 8, Aron climbed the karting ladder as he was soon racing all over Europe but mostly in Italy. Aron won the CIK-FIA Karting European Championship in 2018. Victor Martins (born 16 June 2001) is a French-Portuguese racing driver and member of the Alpine Academy. He won the 2020 Formula Renault Eurocup and the 2022 FIA Formula 3 Championship. Career Karting Born in Quincy-sous-Sénart to a French mother and a Portuguese father, Martins began karting in 2014 after a spell in gymnastics. Grégoire Saucy (born 26 December 1999) is a Swiss racing driver and the current champion of the Formula Regional European Championship. He will race with ART Grand Prix in the 2023 FIA Formula 3 Championship. The is a 150,000 person capacity motorsports complex located in the town of Nürburg, Rhineland-Palatinate, Germany. ART Grand Prix is a French motor racing team that competes in formula single-seaters in Europe. In 2012, it competed in the GP2 Series and GP3 Series as Lotus GP to reflect sponsorship from British sports and racing car manufacturer Lotus. The team competed as Lotus ART in 2011. Gianluca de Castro Petecof (born 14 November 2002) is a Brazilian racing driver. He currently competes full-time in the Brazilian Stock Car Pro Series, driving the No. 101 Toyota Corolla E210 for Full Time Sports. Ferrari Driver Academy is an initiative from Formula One team Scuderia Ferrari to promote young talent inside its own organisation, with several drivers being selected and funded by the team, being under long-term contracts. Dennis Hauger (; born 17 March 2003) is a Norwegian racing driver set to compete in the 2023 FIA Formula 2 Championship with MP Motorsport. He is a member of the Red Bull Junior Team and the 2021 FIA Formula 3 champion. He also won the 2019 Italian F4 Championship with Van Amersfoort Racing. The Red Bull Junior Team is a driver development program run by the energy drink company Red Bull GmbH in an attempt to identify potential future racing stars in open wheel racing. The similar Red Bull Driver Search, now ended, was an American spinoff of the same idea held in 2005. Members of the Junior Team are financed and sponsored by Red Bull in lower racing formulae. The programs have been successful in bringing a selection of drivers into Formula One.
