Patryk Dudek
Patryk Dudek (; born 20 June 1992) is a Polish motorcycle speedway rider who is a member of the Polish national speedway team. Career Dudek's father, Sławomir, was a professional rider and Patryk gained his speedway licence in 2008. Dudek won 2009 and 2010 Team U-19 European Champion and 2009 Individual Under-21 Polish Champion titles. In 2017, he won the silver medal during the 2017 Speedway Grand Prix, having accomplished this during his debut season in the Speedway Grand Prix series, which makes him the most successful SGP rookie ever. After finishing 12th during the 2020 Speedway Grand Prix season Dudek suffered a leg injury, which resulted in him missing the 2021 season. In 2022, he finished in 7th place during the 2022 Speedway World Championship, after securing 102 points during the 2022 Speedway Grand Prix season, which included winning the German Grand Prix. Pol'and'Rock Festival, formerly known as Woodstock Festival Poland, (Polish language, Polish: ''Przystanek Woodstock''; "Woodstock Station"; English-language materials often referred to it simply to the ''Woodstock Festival Poland'') is an annual free rock music festival in Poland, inspired by the Woodstock festival. 2017 Speedway Grand Prix Of Poland III
The 2017 Nice Toruń FIM Speedway Grand Prix of Poland was the 11th race of the 2017 Speedway Grand Prix season. It took place on October 7 at the Marian Rose MotoArena in Toruń, Poland. Riders First reserve Peter Kildemand replaced Greg Hancock, second reserve Martin Smolinski replaced Nicki Pedersen, third reserve Max Fricke replaced Niels-Kristian Iversen and fourth reserve Václav Milík Jr. replaced Fredrik Lindgren. The Speedway Grand Prix Commission also nominated Paweł Przedpełski as the wild card, and Bartosz Smektała and Igor Kopeć-Sobczyński both as Track Reserves. The Poland national speedway team is the national motorcycle speedway team of Poland and is controlled by the Polish Motor Union ( PZM). Motorcycle speedway, usually referred to simply as speedway, is a motorcycle sport involving four and sometimes up to six riders competing over four anti-clockwise laps of an oval circuit. The motorcycles are specialist machines that use only one gear and have no brakes. Racing takes place on a flat oval track usually consisting of dirt, loosely packed shale, or crushed rock (mostly used in Australia and New Zealand). The 2009 Team Speedway Junior European Championship will be the 2nd UEM Team Speedway Junior European Championship season. The Final will be held on August 23, 2009 in Holsted, Denmark. Speedway World Cup
The Speedway World Cup is an annual motorcycle speedway, speedway event held each year in different countries. The first edition of the competition in the current format was held in 2001 and replaced the old Speedway World Team Cup, World Team Cup which ran from 1960 until 2000. The last edition was in 2017. From 2018, the World Cup was replaced by the Speedway of Nations, which effectively brought back the pairs format. However, in 2023 the World Cup will return.
