Patryk Czarnowski
Patryk Czarnowski, (born 1 November 1985) is a Polish former volleyball player. He was part of the Polish national team in 2010–2011, silver medallist at the 2011 World Cup, three–time Polish Champion (2016, 2017, 2018). Personal life Czarnowski was born in Ostróda, Poland. He has brother Dariusz. He graduated School of Sports Championship in Spała. He studied pedagogy at the Warmian-Masurian University in Olsztyn. On August 1, 2013 his girlfriend Jagoda gave birth to their son Michał. He is married to Jagoda (née Majewska). Career Clubs In 2012 he came back to Jastrzębski Węgiel. In season 2012/3013 Czarnowaki won the bronze medal of Polish Championship. In 2013/2014 the club advanced to the Final Four of the Champions League in Ankara and after defeating VC Zenit Kazan won the bronze medal. Ostróda
Ostróda (; Old Prussian: ''Austrāti'') is a town in northern Poland, in the historic region of Masuria. It is the seat of the Ostróda County within the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship and has approximately 33,191 inhabitants (2009). Polish Men's Volleyball Cup
The Polish Men's Volleyball Cup is an annual competition for volleyball clubs in Poland. It is overseen by the Polish Volleyball Federation ( pl, Polski Związek Piłki Siatkowej) and the Professional Volleyball League SA ( pl, Profesjonalna Liga Piłki Siatkowej S.A.) (since 2000). The tournament was established in 1932 and takes place every year (with a few exceptions, not held in: 1937–1949, 1955–1959, 1962–1969, 1980, 2020). The 2008–09 CEV Challenge Cup was the 29th edition of the European Challenge Cup volleyball club tournament, the former CEV Cup. 2011 FIVB Men's World Cup
The 2011 FIVB Men's World Cup was held from 20 November to 4 December 2011 in Japan. The tournament was the first step in the qualification process for the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, England, United Kingdom. The top three teams qualified for the Olympics, and joined Great Britain as they had already secured a berth as the host country. 2010 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship
The 2010 FIVB Volleyball Men's World Championship was held in Italy from 25 September to 10 October 2010. The tournament featured 24 teams to determine the world champions in men's volleyball. In addition to 2006 champion Brazil and host nation Italy, 22 teams qualified for the tournament by means of continental and regional competitions. The matches took place in ten venues across ten Italian cities, with the final being held at the PalaLottomatica, Rome. The tournament was won by Brazil, who beat Cuba in final. Brazil won their third straight world championship having won previously in 2002 and 2006. The podium was completed by Serbia who defeated Italy in the 3rd place match. Brazilian wing-spiker Murilo Endres was named the tournament MVP. Brazil's victory continued their eight-year period of domination of world volleyball.
