Patricia Bezzoubenko
Patricia Bezzoubenko (born 21 February 1997) is a Canadian individual Elite rhythmic gymnast. She is a 4 time Canadian Senior National champion, 5 time Commonwealth Games Champion, Pan-American games medalist. She holds dual citizenship with Canada and Russia. She was training in Novogorsk with the highest level coaches and gymnasts. Now Patricia is coaching and providing Master Classes all around the World. Personal life Bezzoubenko was born in North Vancouver, British Columbia, but moved to Russia at the age of four with her parents and began training in Moscow. When her coaches learned she possessed dual citizenship with Canada, they arranged for her to work with Canadian coach Svetlana Joukova in Toronto. Bezzoubenko spends about half of the year training in Moscow as well as several months in Canada. Career Bezzoubenko appeared in international junior competitions in 2010. Rhythmic Gymnastics
Rhythmic gymnastics is a sport in which gymnasts perform on a floor with an apparatus: hoop, ball, clubs, ribbon. The sport combines elements of gymnastics, dance and calisthenics; gymnasts must be strong, flexible, agile, dexterous and coordinated. Rhythmic gymnastics is governed by the International Gymnastics Federation (FIG), which first recognized it as a sport in 1963. It became an Olympic sport in 1984, with an individual all-around event. The group all-around competition was added to the Olympics in 1996. At the international level, rhythmic gymnastics is a women-only sport. Maria Kitkarska
Maria Kitkarska (born 13 July 1995 in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria) is a rhythmic gymnast competing for Canada. She is the 2010 Canadian junior all-around champion and 2012 Canadian Senior all-around champion. Career Kitkarska is the 2010 Canadian junior champion and competed at the 2010 Youth Olympic Games finishing 11th in qualifications. She debuted as a senior in 2011 and has competed at the 2011 World Championships and finished 6th in all-around at the 2011 Pan American Games. She became the Canadian National all-around champion in 2012 and finished second (in 2013, 2014) behind Patricia Bezzoubenko. She competed with Canadian Team (Patricia Bezzoubenko, Annabelle Kovacs) at the 2014 Pacific Rim Championships where they won the Team silver medal. The 2014 FIG World Cup circuit in Rhythmic Gymnastics includes one category A event (Stuttgart) and eight category B events. Except for Corbeil-Essones, which is a competition for individuals only, all tournaments feature Individual and Group competitions. The All-around medal event also serves as qualification for the apparatus finals. The 2013 World Rhythmic Gymnastics Championships were held in Kyiv, Ukraine, from August 28 to September 1, 2013 at the Palace of Sports. Yana Kudryavtseva of the Russian Federation became the youngest individual world all-around champion in rhythmic gymnastics history at the age of 15 years. The Rhythmic Gymnastics Grand Prix is an annual competition of tournaments in rhythmic gymnastics open to athletes from all over the globe. The series consists of a number of stages, culminating in the final event, usually referred to as ''Grand Prix Final''. The Grand Prix circuit usually hosts some of the most watched yearly events in rhythmic gymnastics, frequently gathering some of the best gymnasts in the world.
