Pascal Millien
Pascal Millien (born 3 May 1986) is a Haitian professional footballer who plays for Winter Haven United in the United Premier Soccer League. Career Youth and college Millien was born in Léogâne, Haiti, but moved to Lakeland, Florida as a teenager. He played his youth club soccer for HC United. He attended Auburndale High School, playing football and soccer where he totaled 114 goals in three seasons with 40 assists and was named 2005 Florida Gatorade Soccer Player of the Year. After playing one year of college soccer at Lindsey Wilson College in Kentucky, he transferred to the University of Tampa prior to his second year. At Tampa, Millien totaled 25 goals and 30 assists in three seasons, helping to lead the team to the NCAA Division II Final Four in 2008. Florida Tropics SC is a professional soccer club based in Lakeland, Florida. They are owned by Central Florida Sports Ventures, LLC, led by Dr. Panos Iakovidis, and former USL commissioner and Rochester Rhinos owner Chris Economides. The organization was originally founded in 2015 as a team in the Major Arena Soccer League before expanding into other leagues. The 2014 AFC President's Cup was the tenth and the last edition of the AFC President's Cup, a football competition organized by the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) for clubs from "emerging countries" in Asia. Balkan were the defending champions, but failed to qualify for the tournament.
