The Partido State University, or simply referred to as PSU or ParSU, is a research regional state higher education institution in Partido Area (Fourth Congressional District) at the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. It is an ISO 9001:2015 certified public university. History The beginning of Partido High School went back to the time when the Provincial Board of Camarines Sur announced that whichever town that could meet the basic requirements of a school site: an enrollment of at least 200 students, and a building that could house the classes – a branch of Camarines Sur National High School (in Naga City) would be established. Goa mobilized its whole community, and a school site was secured – a riceland located at the boundary of Goa – San Jose. Goa, officially the Municipality of Goa ( bcl, Banwaan kan Goa; tl, Bayan ng Goa), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Camarines Sur, Philippines. Felix Abad Fuentebella (September 5, 1915 – May 29, 2000) was the Representative of the Second District of Camarines Sur in the Philippines from 1954 to 1972 and the Provincial Governor of Camarines Sur from 1976 until 1986. He is the son of former Ambos Camarines Governor Mariano Fuentebella and the half brother of Jose Fuentebella and Manuel Fuentebella. Arnulfo Fuentebella
Arnulfo Palma Fuentebella (October 29, 1945 – September 9, 2020) was the Speaker of the Philippine House of Representatives from 2000 to 2001. He was also a representative of the 3rd (now 4th) district of Camarines Sur, more popularly known as the Partido district. Early life and education Arnulfo "Noli" Fuentebella was born on October 29, 1945, in Camarines Sur to former Representative and Governor Felix A. Fuentebella and Rita Palma. Mariano Fuentebella
Mariano Benitez Fuentebella (died 1916) was the Governor of Ambos Camarines from 1912 to 1916. He is considered as the "Patriarch" of the Fuentebella family clan of Camarines Sur. Early life and education Mariano Fuentebella was born and educated in his home town in Sagñay, Ambos Camarines. He married Perpetua Tria, the mother of his sons Jose and Manuel.
