Pars Oil Company
Pars Oil Company is an oil refining company with headquarters in Tehran. History and development Pars Oil Company was founded in 1959 as a joint-stock company by Abdol-Ali Mirza Farmanfarmaian and some of his relatives, later adding more stock holders. It was admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange in 1962. After the Islamic Revolution of 1979, the company was ceased by the revolutionary government and passed on to the control of the Mostazafen Foundation of Islamic Revolution, a government owned umbrella group set up as part of the nationalisation efforts of the new government. Gear Oil
Gear oil is a lubricant made specifically for transmissions, transfer cases, and differentials in automobiles, trucks, and other machinery. It has high viscosity and usually contains organosulfur compounds. Some modern automatic transaxles (integrated transmission and differential) do not use a heavy oil at all but lubricate with the lower viscosity hydraulic fluid, which is available at pressure within the automatic transmission. Gear oils account for about 20% of the lubricant market. Most lubricants for manual gearboxes and differentials contain extreme pressure (EP) additives and antiwear additives to cope with the sliding action of hypoid bevel gears. OHSAS 18001
OHSAS 18001, Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series, was an international standard for occupational health and safety management systems that was subsequently adopted as a British Standard. Compliance with it enabled organizations to demonstrate that they had a system in place for occupational health and safety. BSI cancelled OHSAS 18001 to adopt ISO 45001. ISO 45001 was published in March 2018 by the International Organization for Standardization. ISO 14000 is a family of standards related to environmental management that exists to help organizations (a) minimize how their operations (processes, etc.) negatively affect the environment (i.e. cause adverse changes to air, water, or land); (b) comply with applicable laws, regulations, and other environmentally oriented requirements; and (c) continually improve in the above.
