''Parovi'' (English title: ''Couples'') is a Serbian-based reality show created by Predrag Ranković. The show premiered on December 24, 2010 on Happy and immediately reached huge ratings. It also features a 24-hour YouTube live streaming. Format Originally the format built on that all contestants were real-life couples, but over the next season, it was changed due to difficulties in looking for actual couples that may be part of the show. Over the next years, there were castings and people with long and interesting histories of their lives were chosen to participate in the show. The house includes everyday facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen, garden, bedroom, bathroom, additional rooms, big living room, big pool and a secret room. The prize fund varies and goes up to €250,000 maximum, but many times was a lot below, average between €30,000 — €70,000. Vesna Vukelić Vendi
Vesna Vukelić ( sr-cyr, Весна Вукелић; born 25 November 1971), known by her stage name Vendi ( sr-Cyrl, Венди, links=no), is a Serbian singer, television personality and former model. Initially a glamour model, she made her debut in the movie '' Dama koja ubija'' (1992). Vendi has since pursued a career in music and has collectively released five studio albums. She is often dubbed the "Queen of fairs" (''Kraljica vašara''). In addition to singing, Vendi has made appearances on reality television shows, including ''Farma'' (2009), ''Veliki Brat'' (2013), ''Parovi'' (2018-2020). Career Vukelić began her career as a glamour model in the early 1990s and gained notoriety by appearing on the popular talk show hosted by Milovan Ilić Minimaks. Milomir Marić
Milomir Marić (Serbian Cyrillic: Миломир Марић; born 7 January 1956) is a Serbian journalist and writer. Currently, he is host of several programs on Happy TV — daily morning show ', weekly panel show ', irregularly broadcast one-on-one talk show ', as well as earlier the reality show ''Parovi''. Biography Marić studied Journalism at the Faculty of Political Science in Belgrade. He began his journalism career in the mid-1970s at '' Duga'', a bi-weekly magazine re-launched a few years earlier in the early 1970s in Belgrade, Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. He made his name via interviews with Yugoslav dissidents, such as Franjo Tuđman, whom he interviewed in 1981. His articles were controversial and in some cases led to terminations of his editors and supervisors.
