Park Sang-in
Park Sang-in (, born 15 November 1952) is a former South Korean footballer and football manager who manages Korea National League club Busan Transportation Corporation. His sons Park Hyuk-soon and Park Seung-min are also footballers. Career Player career Park began his career at Changnyeong Middle School at the age of 13. He went through Dongnae High School, graduating in 1972. In the same year he joined the Commercial Bank of Korea. One year later, he joined the army in order to fulfil his military service. In 1981, he had trials for Dutch club, Feyenoord, receiving a favorable response from the club. However, the contract foundered due to an objection of the player's labor union. In July 1981, he signed a contract with Bundesliga club MSV Duisburg for 1 year. He played only two league games though, due to a thigh injury. He returned to South Korea and joined Hallelujah FC. Changnyeong
Changnyeong County (''Changnyeong-gun'' 창녕군) is a county in South Gyeongsang Province, South Korea. In the early Three Kingdoms period, Changnyeong was the seat of Bihwa Gaya, a member of the Gaya confederacy which was later conquered by Silla. The Nakdong River flows through the county. The Upo wetland, an important ecological resource and tourist attraction, occupies a portion of the river basin. The Korea National League was a South Korean semi-professional football league held annually from 2003 to 2019. It was considered the second-highest division of the South Korean football league system before the K League 2 was launched in 2013, and the third-highest division since then. Korean President's Cup National Football Tournament
The President's Cup National Football Tournament is a football competition, held by Korea Football Association, for South Korean semi-professional and amateur football clubs. This competition was originally one of major club competitions of South Korean football with Korean National Football Championship, but its status was undermined after the professional clubs appeared in South Korea according to the foundation of K League, the South Korean professional league. The Korean National Semi-professional Football League was contested between South Korean works teams and military teams from 1964 to 2002. It was the predecessor of the Korea National League which was founded in 2003. History After the introduction of football from the UK navy in the late 19th century, football experienced a boom in Korea and many football clubs and school teams were formed in the 1910s. There were also many corporate football clubs especially in Seoul and Pyongyang, two big cities in Korea. The corporate club division was made in All Joseon Football Tournament in Pyongyang in 1930, and Seoul Semi-professional Football League was founded in 1939, but both were stopped because of the Japanese government's policy during World War II. The football tournament at the 2009 East Asian Games was the fifth edition of East Asian Games football tournament. It was held in Hong Kong form 2 December 2009 to 13 December 2009. The tournament was won by Hong Kong, who claimed their first international football tournament title.
