Park Island is a private housing estate located at Ma Wan, an island in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It was mainly developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties as part of the Ma Wan Development joint venture project and completed from 2002 to 2006 in six phases. There are around 10,000 to 15,000 residents. Phases * Phase 1 comprises 2,569 units completed in August 2002. Sales started in August 2002. * Phase 3 comprises 1,446 units completed during the second half of 2004. Tsuen Wan West Station
Tsuen Wan West is an underground MTR station in Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong. It is located between and stations on the . There is an emergency platform on the southern side of the station. There is a large bus and minibus interchange above the station, connecting it with most residential areas, factories, as well as shopping centres in the area. However, during the early days of operation the station has had little passenger traffic. Only a small number of residents in a few nearby residential estates and workers from nearby factories use the station. However, with the opening of new developments in central Tsuen Wan such as the 80 storey Nina Tower, Vision City, and City Point, traffic has increased. West Rail Line
The West Rail line () was a rapid transit line that formed part of the Mass Transit Railway (MTR) system in Hong Kong until 27 June 2021. Tsuen Wan Pier
Tsuen Wan Pier, Tsuen Wan Ferry or Tsuen Wan Ferry Pier is a public pier at the south of Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong, which is adjacent to the MTR Tsuen Wan West station. It provided ferry service to Central via Tsing Yi, but the service ceased operation in 2000 after Western Harbour Crossing and MTR Tung Chung line were commissioned to provide faster route between New Territories West and Hong Kong Island. Central Piers
The Central Ferry Piers (Chinese: 中環碼頭) are situated on the northeast part of Central, Hong Kong Island. The ferries mostly depart to Outlying Islands in the New Territories, with the exception of Pier 1 serving as a government pier, and ferries from piers 7 and 8 going to Kowloon. Metroplaza () is a shopping centre and office building developed by Sun Hung Kai Properties, officially opened in January 1993. It is located in Kwai Fong, Hong Kong and is opposite to Kwai Fong station of MTR. The mall is a shopping hub of adjacent areas of Kwai Fong, Lai King, Tsing Yi and Kwai Chung. While Metroplaza provides spacious shopping environment, another shopping centre Kwai Chung Plaza adjoining offers varieties of small shops. Tsuen Wan (Nina Tower) Bus Terminus
Tsuen Wan (formerly also spelled Tsun Wan) is a New towns of Hong Kong, town built on a bay in the New Territories West (constituency), western New Territories of Hong Kong, opposite of Tsing Yi, Tsing Yi Island across Rambler Channel. Tsuen Wan Station
Tsuen Wan () is the northern terminus of the MTR in Hong Kong. It is the only station on the Tsuen Wan line at ground level. It is located in the northern central part of Tsuen Wan New Town, New Territories West. The preceding station is . It was the westernmost station in the MTR system until the opening of the in 1998. Tsing Yi Station
Tsing Yi is an interchange station of the MTR between the Tung Chung line and Airport Express on Tsing Yi Island in Hong Kong. The station is located between Sunny Bay station and Lai King station on the Tung Chung Line, and between Airport station and Kowloon station on the Airport Express. The livery of the station is dull teal. Tsing Yi station is connected to a major interchange for buses and maxicabs, situated adjacent to the station, which serves as a public transport hub for the New Territories.
