Paribar
''Paribar'' () is a 2004 Cinema of West Bengal, Bengali family drama film directed by Anup Sengupta and produced by Anup Sengupta and Apurba Saha. The film feature actors Prosenjit Chatterjee, Ranjit Mallick and Rachana Banerjee in the lead roles. Ashok Bhadra composed the music for the film. Plot The story of the film revolves around a family, the members of which include Sagar, his parents and his siblings. One of Sagar's hands got paralyzed in an accident, in an attempt to save his mother. He and his younger brother Rahul worked in a factory. Rahul was married to Swapna, who started smuggling the factory goods illegally. When the whole matter came to light, Sagar took the blame on himself, despite of knowing the real fact. Prosenjit Chatterjee
Prosenjit Chatterjee (born 30 September 1962) is an Indian actor and producer. He is widely regarded as one of the leading actors in modern Bengali cinema. He predominantly works in Bengali cinema . He is the son of veteran Bollywood actor Biswajit Chatterjee. He began his acting career as a child actor in Hrishikesh Mukherjee's '' Chotto Jigyasa'', for which he won the Bengal Film Journalists' Association – Most Outstanding Work of the Year Award. Following this he appeared in other films as a child actor. His first leading role came through Bimal Roy's ''Duti Pata''. Mrinal Mukherjee
Mrinal Mukherjee ( – 7 May 2019) was an Indian actor, theatre personality and music director. He is the father of actor and singer Jojo. He is remembered for his negative roles in Bengali cinema. Career In 1955, Mukherjee made his debut with the 1955 film ''Dui Bon''. After that he performed number of commercial movies more than five decades in Bengali film industry and played crucial roles. He acted with notable directors in number of movies like ''Galpo Holeo Satti'', ''Nayika Sangbad'', ''Chuti'', ''Shriman Prithviraj'' etc. He also performed as music director as well as playback singer in Bengali films and worked with Gulzar in the film Mausam.
