Panzerchrist
Panzerchrist is a Danish blackened death metal band formed in 1993 by Michael Enevoldsen (after he left Illdisposed) and celebrated Danish artist Lasse Hoile. History Panzerchrist recorded a few demos and was signed by Serious entertainment. ''Six Seconds Kill'' was released by Serious Entertainment in 1996, and in 1998 they released ''Outpost Fort Europa''. In 2000 Panzerchrist was joined by drummer Reno Killerich (ex-Exmortem, Vile, etc.) and Bo Summer (also of Illdisposed) to record ''Soul Collector'', notorious for its WWII theme and German lyrics. ''Soul Collector'' was released by Mighty Music in 2000. In 2002 the band was joined by Frederik O'Carroll and Rasmus Henriksen and begin work on the ultra violent ''Room Service'', which featured compositions even more brutal and fast, including a cover of the Metal Church classic "Metal Church." Lasse Hoile
Lasse Hoile (born 1973 in Aarhus, Denmark) is a Danish artist, photographer and filmmaker. He has collaborated with musician Steven Wilson and his projects Porcupine Tree and Blackfield. He has also designed live visuals for US progressive metal band Dream Theater. In the mid-1990s he was the vocalist for Danish death metal band Panzerchrist. Hoile started working as an editor and producing short films in 1993. Five years later in 1998, he took up photography as a hobby. Since then, he has worked on documentaries, commercials, and short films. Hoile directed videos and creating a number of album sleeves for Porcupine Tree following the release of ''In Absentia'' in 2002. Later in 2005, he directed the recording of Porcupine Tree's first live performance DVD '' Arriving Somewhere...'', which took place at Park West, Chicago. Neurotic Records is an independent extreme metal record label specialising predominantly in death metal, operating out of Tilburg in the Netherlands. Illdisposed is a Danish death metal band from Aarhus, that was formed in 1991 by vocalist Bo Summer and guitarist Lasse Bak. As of 2020, the band consists of vocalist Bo Summer, guitarists Jakob Batten and Rasmus Henriksen, bassist Kussen and drummer Rasmus Schmidt. Since the beginning of the 1990s, Illdisposed have been one of the top bands of the Nordic death metal scene and have released 13 albums and two EPs. Illdisposed have developed their own form of death metal with groovy rhythms, melodic but still hard hitting riffs and a massive wall of sound with a unique subwoofer vocal in focus. Mercenary (band)
Mercenary are a Danish melodic death metal band that was formed in 1991. The band incorporates a lot of power and progressive elements in their songwriting. History Mercenary formed in Aalborg, Denmark in 1991 as the brainchild of Henrik "Kral" Andersen. The band name was taken from a lyric in the Slayer song, "Ghosts of War". After the release of two demos, ''Domicile'' (1993) and ''Gummizild'' (1994), they were able to sign with Black Day Records, and released a four-song EP, ''Supremacy'' (1996). In 1997, they were signed to the Danish label Serious Entertainment, and in 1998 they released their full-length debut, '' First Breath''. Tue Madsen (born 1969) is a Danish music producer and sound engineer, who is well known in metal genre for his work with bands like Meshuggah, Dark Tranquillity, Suicide Silence, Hatesphere, The Haunted, Mnemic, Ektomorf, Cataract, Exmortem, and Born from Pain.
