The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is a national level board of education in India for public and private schools, controlled and managed by the Government of India. Andhra Mahasabha (Telugu: ఆంధ్ర మహాసభ, IAST: ''Āndhra mahāsabha'') was a people's organisation in the erstwhile Hyderabad state of India. The organization spearheaded people's awareness and people's movements among the Telugu-speaking populace of the state and eventually joined hands with the Communist Party of India to launch the Telangana rebellion. Durgabai Deshmukh
Gammiḍidala Durgabāi Deshmukh, Lady Deshmukh (15 July 1909 – 9 May 1981) was an Indian freedom fighter, lawyer, social worker and politician. She was a member of the Constituent Assembly of India and of the Planning Commission of India. A public activist for women's emancipation, she founded the Andhra Mahila Sabha (Andhra Women's Conference) in 1937. She was also the founder chairperson of the Central Social Welfare Board. In 1953, she married C.D. Deshmukh, the first Indian governor of the Reserve Bank of India and Finance Minister in India's Central Cabinet from 1950 to 1956. P Ahobala Reddy (also spelt P Obul Reddy due to a spelling mistake made while admitting him into school) (died 30 June 2010) was an entrepreneur, industrialist, philanthropist and patron of the arts. Reddy was among the first industrialists from the south of India to take an interest in the television business and he was the proprietor of the firm that sold Dyanora TV sets. He was the former managing director and founder of Nippo Batteries. Among his other involvements in business, he was at one time the managing director of Panasonic India.
