Péricles (singer)
Péricles Aparecido Fonseca de Faria, also known as Péricles, or Periclão (born in Santo André, July 22, 1969), is a Brazilian singer, composer and instrumentist of pagode, a subgenre of samba. He was the vocalist of Exaltasamba since the band's formation, in 1982, until late February 2012, when he decided to follow a solo career. Biography Péricles is a former vocalist of Exaltasamba. He's also an instrumentist and a composer. Before his musical career, he worked in two state schools as a class inspector and for a car manufacturer in São Bernardo do Campo. Péricles is the father of Lucas Morato, a singer, and is currently married to Lidiane Santos. Career In 2018, he debuted as samba-enredo interpreter, sharing the microphone of Mangueira with Ciganerey. Blu-ray (Blu-ray Disc or BD) is a digital optical disc data storage format designed to supersede the DVD format. It was invented and developed in 2005 and released worldwide on June 20, 2006, capable of storing several hours of high-definition video ( HDTV 720p and 1080p). The main application of Blu-ray is as a medium for video material such as feature films and for the physical distribution of video games for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X. The name refers to the blue laser used to read the disc, which allows information to be stored at a greater density than is possible with the longer-wavelength red laser used for DVDs, resulting in an increased capacity. Chitãozinho & Xororó () are a Brazilian sertanejo duo. Chitãozinho is the stage name of José Lima Sobrinho and Xororó of Durval de Lima. Their music, which combines traditional Brazilian '' caipira'' with pop, was instrumental in establishing the ''sertanejo'' genre. They have sold over 40 million albums since their first album was released in 1969. Chitãozinho and Xororó are brothers, and were trained in music by their father, a vocalist and composer. Thiago André Barbosa better known as Thiaguinho ( Presidente Prudente – São Paulo – Brazil, 11 March 1983), is a pagode singer, composer and presenter. He first gained notoriety for participating in the talent show Fama in 2002 and became famous for being a member of the musical group Exaltasamba from 2003 to 2012. In 2012, he released his first solo album and live album, "''Ousadia & Alegria''", selling more than 80,000 copies and earning him a Latin Grammy nomination in the Best Samba/Pagode Album category. Marília Dias Mendonça (; 22 July 1995 – 5 November 2021) was a Brazilian singer, songwriter and instrumentalist, posthumously recognized in Brazil as the ''Queen of Sofrência'', a subgenre of sertanejo music, and has been recognized for her contribution to female empowerment by revolutionizing the universe of sertanejo music.
