Pärnu County ( et, Pärnu maakond or ''Pärnumaa''; german: Kreis Pernau) is one of 15 counties of Estonia. It is situated in the south-western part of the country, on the coast of Gulf of Riga, and borders Lääne and Rapla counties to the north, Järva and Viljandi counties to the east, and Latvia to the south. The Estonian Football Association (EJL; et, Eesti Jalgpalli Liit) is the governing body of football, beach soccer and futsal in Estonia, established on 14 December 1921. It organizes the football league, including the championship which is called Meistriliiga, Estonian Cup and the Estonian national football team. It is based in Tallinn. EJL became a member of FIFA in 1923, but following Estonia's annexation by the Soviet Union it was disbanded. It became a member again in 1992 after Estonia reinstated its independence. The 2019 II liiga is the 25th season of the II liiga, fourth-highest league for association football clubs in Estonia. The top 2 teams are promoted to 1 liiga, the third highest league for association football clubs in Estonia II liiga North/East 2019 season 2019 II N/E liiga consists of 14 different teams. Nine of them remain the same, two were promoted from III liiga, two were relegated from higher divisions and one club ( Tallinna JK Legion II) transferred from the last year's II liiga S/W. Promoted teams were Põhja-Tallinna JK Volta II and FC Jõgeva Wolves while relegated clubs were Lasnamäe FC Ajax and Tartu FC Santos. II Liiga
II liiga is the fourth level of football league competition in Estonia arranged by the Estonian Football Association. It consists of 28 teams, divided geographically into two divisions with 14 teams respectively in group North/East and South/West. Until 2013, it was the third level league. Competition During the season, teams play each opponent twice, once at home and once away, for 26 matches. At the end of the season, the winners of both divisions face each other in one final match to determine the champion of II liiga. As in most countries with low temperatures in winter time, the season starts around April and lasts until around the start of November. At the end of the season, the winners of both divisions may be promoted to the Esiliiga B. This is providing the clubs meet the licensing criteria of the Esiliiga B. The 2018 II liiga was the 24th season of the II liiga, fourth-highest league for association football clubs in Estonia. II Liiga North/East 2018 season 2018 II N/E Liiga consists of 14 different teams. Nine of them remain the same, two were promoted from III Liiga North, one from III Liiga South and two were relegated from higher divisions. Promoted teams were Põhja-Tallinna JK Volta, Tartu JK Welco II and Tartu JK Tammeka III and relegated teams were JK Sillamäe Kalev and Raasiku FC Joker. 2016-17 Estonian Cup
16-17 is a band from Basel, Switzerland. Their music combines punk rock, hardcore punk, jazz and industrial music. Biography 16-17 was founded in 1983 by Alex Buess, Knut Remond and Markus Kneubühler. When the group played its first concerts in 1983 it was received with controversial reactions: there where hardly any groups that played in an approximately similar style. Only some years later around 1986 groups like Painkiller, Last Exit or The Flying Luttenbachers appeared . They played a similar mix of rough noise, heavily amplified instruments and free jazz inspired improvisation. 1983 to 1994 the group did a lot of tours and played many gigs all over Europe, Japan and USA. From this period there are three official releases: the cassette ''Buffbunker and Hardkore'' , the LP ''16-17'' (Label Rec Rec) as well as the LP '' When All Else Fails...'' (Label Vision/Praxis).
