Chinsurah subdivision is an administrative subdivision of the Hooghly district in the state of West Bengal, India. Overview The eastern portion of Chinsurah subdivision is part of the Hooghly Flats, a natural physiographic region, that is a narrow strip of land along the Hooghly.
