Puerto Inca Province
The Puerto Inca Province is the largest of eleven Provinces of Peru, provinces of the Huánuco Region in Peru. The capital of this province is the city of Puerto Inca. Provinces Of Peru
The provinces of Peru () are the second-level administrative subdivisions of the country. They are divided into Districts of Peru, districts ( es, distritos, links=no). There are 196 provinces in Peru, grouped into 25 Regions of Peru, regions, except for Lima Province which does not belong to any region. This makes an average of seven provinces per region. The region with the fewest provinces is Callao (one) and the region with the most is Ancash Region, Ancash (twenty). While provinces in the sparsely populated Amazon rain forest of eastern Peru tend to be larger, there is a large concentration of them in the north-central area of the country. The province with the fewest districts is Purús Province, with just one district. The province with the most districts is Lima Province, with 43 districts. Oribatida
Oribatida (formerly Cryptostigmata), also known as oribatid mites, moss mites or beetle mites, are an order (biology), order of mites, in the "chewing Acariformes" clade Sarcoptiformes. Mayantuyacu
Mayantuyacu is a healing retreat in Puerto Inca Province, Peru. Located near Pucallpa, the Mayantuyacu sanctuary covers 180 hectares of Amazon rainforest. In Asháninka language, Mayantuyacu means "the water and the air". According to the local guides, "Mayantu" refers to the spirit of the jungle, and "Yacu" refers to the spirit of the water. The retreat was established by Juan Flores Salazar, an Ashaninka traditional healer ( vegetalismo). He was born into a family of traditional healers; he states that he established Mayantuyacu to practice plant therapy and pass on the traditional knowledge to future generations. His healing techniques involve use of tobacco, bark, natural fragrances and ayahuasca. El Sira Communal Reserve
El Sira Communal Reserve ( es, Reserva Comunal El Sira) is a protected area in Peru created to preserve the biodiversity of the Sira Mountains and the ancestral sustainable use of the area's resources by the nearby native peoples. It also protects the headwaters of the Pachitea river basin. The reserve covers an area of within the regions of Huánuco, Pasco and Ucayali. The reserve was created in 2001 and in 2010, UNESCO recognized it as part of the Oxapampa- Asháninka- Yánesha Biosphere Reserve.
