Public Construction Commission
The Public Construction Commission (PCC; ) is an independent government agency of the Executive Yuan of the Republic of China (Taiwan) which is responsible for planning, reviewing, coordination, and supervision of public construction projects such as roads, bridges, highways in Taiwan. The agency follows national goals such as sustainability, high-quality, efficient, reliable and competitive national infrastructure. Kuo Yao-chi
Kuo Yao-chi (; born 13 March 1956) is a Taiwanese administrative official who served as former Minister of Transportation and Communications. Kuo Yao-chi was fascinated in music since childhood and had won the first place of Taoyuan County Junior Piano Competition. Kuo graduated from National Cheng Kung University's Department of Urban Planning; she went to England where she earned her master's degree in Urban Development and the New Town Development from the University of London. Kuo passed the National Higher Examination for Urban Planning and was one of the few excellent female executives from the grassroots in Taiwan. Wu Hong-mo
Wu Hong-mo () is a Taiwanese politician. Early life Wu obtained his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from Feng Chia University in 1976, master's degree in safety, health and environmental engineering from National Kaohsiung First University of Science and Technology in 2002, and doctoral degree in marine environment and engineering from National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) in 2015. Hsu Chun-yat or Jack Hsu () is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Minister of the Public Construction Commission from July 2014 until May 2016. Lee Hong-yuan (; born 21 June 1956) is a Taiwanese politician. He was the Minister of the Ministry of the Interior (MOI) of the Executive Yuan from 2012 to 2014.
