Zard
were a Japanese pop rock group, originally with five members, with lead vocalist Izumi Sakai as its only constant member. Zard's work was sold under the record label B-Gram Records, Inc. Their most popular and successful songs are , , and " My Friend" (1996). As of 2014, Zard had sold over 38 million records, making them one of the best-selling music artists in Japan. Career Zard began when the former CEO of Being Corporation, Daikō Nagato, recruited a 24-year-old model named Sachiko Kamachi. Changing her name to Izumi Sakai in an attempt to cut off her past, she created a group called Zard. Zard made a breakthrough with the release of their debut single February 10, 1991 '' Good-bye My Loneliness'', which was a theme song for the Fuji TV drama "Ideals and Reality of Marriage" featuring Misako Tanaka. Toki No Tsubasa
is the 9th album of Zard and was released on February 15, 2001 under B-Gram Records label. Background Album was released for 10th anniversary of ZARD's debut. The album consist of five previously released singles between years 1999-2000. Two famous songs were remixed for debut anniversary celebration: Makenaide and Yureru Omoi. Among of all released original albums, Toki no Tsubasa is only out of print neither available on iTunes. The official statement has never been announced for its discontinuation. On July 26, 2021, it was announced that all 11 of ZARD's studio albums would be re-released as part of its 30th anniversary campaign on September 15. Ten of them are being released as remastered editions, while the re-issue of ''Toki no Tsubasa'' is a re-arranged edition with all ten original songs remixed by Yumeto Tsurusawa. is a former Japanese musical composer, keyboardist, singer-songwriter, bassist and guitarist under Vermillion records label. Michael Africk (born 20 August 1975) is an American singer, songwriter, multi-platinum record producer and software entrepreneur. After signing with Disney's Hollywood Records and releasing a solo album in 1999, he toured with N'Sync and Britney Spears.
