Promised Land (1996 TV Series)
''Promised Land'' is an American drama television series which aired on CBS from September 17, 1996, to May 20, 1999. It is a spin-off from another series, ''Touched by an Angel''. The series was cancelled after its third season, spanning a total of sixty-nine episodes. Plot ''Promised Land'' had an ensemble cast, which featured Russell Greene (Gerald McRaney) who was on a divine mission. Roma Burnett (née Downey) is an actress, producer, and author from Derry, Northern Ireland.
