Product Of Imagination
''Product of Imagination'' is the debut album of the German thrash metal band Paradox. It was released in 1987 through Roadrunner Records. ''Product of Imagination'' was reissued by the German label High Vaultage Records in 1999, containing four bonus tracks. The album was reissued again on 13 August 2007 by Metal Mind Productions from Poland as a digipack. This reissue was released as a golden disc with only 2000 items ever produced. It featured bonus tracks along with every song on the album being digitally remastered using a 24-Bit process. Background Paradox was formed in 1986 by vocalist and guitarist Charly Steinhauer and drummer Axel Blaha. The band added guitarist Markus Spyth and bassist Roland Stahl to their lineup in February of that same year. Paradox is a German thrash metal/speed metal band formed in Würzburg in 1986. History The group was formed in Würzburg in 1986 by two young musicians, Charly Steinhauer and Axel Blaha. Both of them were founding members of German cover bands of Overkill, Venom and Warhead since 1981. In February 1986, Markus Spyth joined on guitar and Roland Stahl on bass. In July 1986, the band recorded a demo, drawing the attention of Roadrunner Records who went on to produce their first two albums. In 1987, their second demo "Mystery" was a success for the band, with the German press calling it the best demo of the year. In the same year, the band started recording their first album '' Product of Imagination'', which contained 10 songs and lasted 40 minutes. Exodus (band)
Exodus is an American thrash metal band formed in 1979 in Richmond, California. Their current lineup consists of guitarists Gary Holt and Lee Altus, bassist Jack Gibson, drummer Tom Hunting, and lead vocalist Steve "Zetro" Souza. There are no original members left in Exodus other than Hunting, who has departed from the band twice, in 1989 and 2004, but rejoined in 2007. Exodus is also notable for its inclusion of guitarist Kirk Hammett in its initial lineup; he eventually left the band in 1983 to join Metallica as Dave Mustaine's replacement. Holt, who replaced original guitarist Tim Agnello in 1981, has been most consistent member throughout various lineup changes and break-ups, and is the only member to appear on all of Exodus' recordings. Accept are a German heavy metal band from the town of Solingen, formed in 1976 by guitarist Wolf Hoffmann and former members Udo Dirkschneider (vocals) and Peter Baltes (bass). Scorpions are a German rock band formed in Hanover in 1965 by guitarist Rudolf Schenker. Since the band's inception, its musical style has ranged from hard rock, heavy metal and glam metal to soft rock. The lineup from 1978 to 1992 was the most successful incarnation of the group, and included Klaus Meine (vocals), Rudolf Schenker (rhythm guitar), Matthias Jabs (lead guitar), Francis Buchholz (bass), and Herman Rarebell (drums). ''Walls of Jericho'' is the debut full-length studio album by German power metal band Helloween, released in 1985 on LP by Noise Records. It is the only album featuring Kai Hansen as lead vocalist until 2021's ''Helloween'', although he would continue to act as guitarist on the two following albums. In 1988, ''Walls of Jericho'' was released on CD. Due to the enhanced capacity of the CD, the ''Helloween'' EP/mini-LP and the song "Judas" from the ''Judas'' EP were added to the ''Walls of Jericho'' track listing; they are now released as a compilation. In the late 1980s, due to a manufacturing error, side one of several cassette copies of ''Walls of Jericho'' accidentally contained the music of Celtic Frost's '' To Mega Therion'', confusing many first-time Helloween listeners. Dynamo Open Air
Dynamo Open Air is a festival in the Netherlands held (almost) every year between 1986 and 2005. It was reborn in 2008 as Dynamo Outdoor and in 2015 as Dynamo Metal Fest. History Originally held to celebrate the fifth anniversary of the Dynamo rock club in Eindhoven, it grew from 5,000 people in the Dynamo parking lot up to 118,000 attendees in 1995. Until this day, the 1995 edition still is the largest multi-day open air festival ever held in the Netherlands. This caused too much pressure on the Dutch infrastructure and the festival had to shrink to a maximum of 60,000 visitors for 1996. From there it went downhill, mostly because the festival could not find a permanent venue. In 1999 Dynamo Open Air was held on a former rubbish dump in Mierlo, and the following year it went to the Goffertpark in Nijmegen.
