ProStars FC
Prostars FC is a Canadian soccer team based in Brampton, Ontario. The organization was founded in 2013. The club plays in the semi-professional League1 Ontario, part of the third division in the Canadian soccer league system in both the men's and women's divisions. The team play their home games at Victoria Park Stadium in Brampton, Ontario. The team's colours are blue for home games and white for away games. History ProStars FC was founded as Pro Stars Soccer Academy in 2013. The key philosophy for ProStars is to develop, teach and promote Academy and Professional soccer to all ages, in a safe and healthy environment. Integrated in this is the building of self-esteem, self-confidence, teamwork, respect for self and others, and the inherent benefits of physical exercise. Vital Zina Kats ( he, ויטאל זינה קאטס; born 18 November 1999) is an Israeli footballer who plays as a midfielder for Portuguese club S.C. Braga in the Campeonato Nacional Feminino and the Israel women's national team. Early life Born in Israel, Kats moved to Toronto, Canada at the age of seven. Kyra Dickinson (born 3 January 1993) is a footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for ProStars FC in League1 Ontario. Born in Canada, she represents the Saint Kitts and Nevis women's national team. Early life Dickinson played youth soccer with Brampton Brams United and Master's FA. College career Dickinson began attending Howard University in 2011, where she played for the women's soccer team. Camaal Reid (born 17 May 1988) is a Jamaican footballer playing with Scarborough SC in the Canadian Soccer League. Club career Jamaica Reid began playing in the National Premier League in 2009 with Sporting Central Academy. He re-signed with Sporting for the 2010–11 season and helped the team avoid relegation. Kiril Dimitrov ( bg, Kирил Димитров; born 21 January 1985) is a Bulgarian footballer who is currently playing with Scarborough SC in the Canadian Soccer League. Aside from being an active player he also serves as the general manager for Scarborough SC. 2022 Women's League1 Ontario Season
The 2022 League1 Ontario season is the seventh season of play for Women's Division of League1 Ontario, a Division 3 women's soccer league in the Canadian soccer league system and the highest level of soccer based in the Canadian province of Ontario. NDC Ontario defeated Alliance United FC in the final to win the league championship. As NDC Ontario was unavailable to participate in the League1 Canada Interprovincial Championship due to scheduling issues, Alliance United instead represented the league, finishing in third place.
