Cayden Primeau
Cayden Primeau (born August 11, 1999) is an American professional ice hockey goaltender. He is currently playing for the Laval Rocket in the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Montreal Canadiens of the National Hockey League (NHL). He helped Northeastern win their third Hockey East Tournament in 2019 and received the Mike Richter Award as the National Goaltender of the Year the same season. Playing career Primeau was stellar during his brief college career. In his freshman season, he won 19 games and helped Northeastern jump from eighth to second in Hockey East. While the team didn't fare well in the postseason, Primeau was named to the All-Hockey East Rookie Team, First Team and won the conference goaltending title for having the lowest goals against average in league play. Ernest John Primeau
Ernest John Primeau (September 17, 1909 – June 6, 1989) was an American prelate of the Roman Catholic Church. He served as bishop of the Diocese of Manchester in New Hampshire from 1960 to 1974. Biography Early life Ernest Primeau was born in Chicago, Illinois on September 17, 1909. He studied at Archbishop Quigley Preparatory Seminary in Chicago. He was ordained to the priesthood by Cardinal George Mundelein on April 7, 1934. After serving at parishes and schools in the Archdiocese of Chicago, he spent twelve years in Rome. Gaëtan Primeau (born April 16, 1941) was a politician in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. He had served on the Montreal city council from 2005 until his defeat in 2013, representing the east-end district of Tétreaultville as a member of Vision Montreal. Early life and career Primeau was born in Montreal. He has a certificate in surveying from ''Collège Ahuntsic'' and a certificate in civil engineering from the ''École Polytechnique de Montréal''. Joe Primeau
Alfred Joseph Francis "Gentleman Joe" Primeau (January 29, 1906 – May 14, 1989), was a Canadian professional ice hockey player. Playing career Born in Lindsay, Ontario, and raised in Victoria, British Columbia, Primeau moved to Toronto at an early age and began his professional career in 1927 with the Toronto Ravinas, an affiliate of the Toronto Maple Leafs. He became a full-time member of the Leafs in the 1929–30 season. Primeau played on the Leafs' Kid Line with Charlie Conacher and Busher Jackson. He won his only Stanley Cup as a player in 1931–32 and won the Lady Byng Memorial Trophy that same season. He retired in 1936 at age 30. Over his NHL career, Primeau scored 66 goals and 177 assists in 310 games. Primeau was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1963. He died in Toronto, Ontario at the age of 83. Kevin Primeau (born January 3, 1955 in Edmonton, Alberta) is a retired professional ice hockey player who played two games in the National Hockey League (NHL) with the Vancouver Canucks. Louis Primeau
Louis Primeau or Primo ( fl. 1749–1800) was one of the first European fur traders on the Churchill River. Primeau Lake in northern Saskatchewan, Canada () is named after him. Little is known of his youth. Morton says that he was born in Quebec of an English father and French mother, but the DCB does not repeat this. Career Toward the end of the French period in the 18th century, Louis Primeau was trading on the Saskatchewan River at the far western edge of trade and exploration. Wayne Michael Primeau (born June 4, 1976) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL). He is the younger brother of Keith Primeau. Playing career Primeau was a first round draft pick of the Owen Sound Platers in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) and played with the Platers for three years from 1992 to 1995.
