Primal Rock Rebellion are a heavy metal band from London, England, consisting of Adrian Smith (Iron Maiden) and Mikee Goodman ( SikTh). The band's debut album, '' Awoken Broken'', was released on 27 February 2012, with one song, "I See Lights", released as a free download on the project's official website on 2 January. On 26 January 2012, the music video for "No Place Like Home" was released on the band's website along with the announcement that it will be the album's first single. Heavy metal (or simply metal) is a genre of rock music that developed in the late 1960s and early 1970s, largely in the United Kingdom and United States. The bass guitar, electric bass or simply bass (), is the lowest-pitched member of the string family. It is a plucked string instrument similar in appearance and construction to an electric or an acoustic guitar, but with a longer neck and scale length, and typically four to six strings or courses.
