Price White
Price White ( – 1952) was a Welsh international footballer. He was part of the Wales national football team, playing one match on 29 February 1896 against Ireland. He lived in Bangor, North Wales and was employed as an engineer by the Bangor Electrical Company. On 12 August 1902 he married Charlotte Bell, the suffragist and local councillor. They had two children together, Margaret and David Archibald, who became a solicitor and Conservative Party politician. Charlotte Price White
Charlotte Price White (1873 - 1932) was a leading member of the North Wales Suffragist movement, local councillor and among the first British members of the Women's Institute. Education and personal life Charlotte Bell was born in Briggart near Dumfries in Scotland in 1873. In the 1890s she was among the first women to train as science teachers at University College of North Wales, Bangor. Her first teaching post was in London. On 12 August 1902 she married Price Foulkes White. They lived in Bangor where she remained for the rest of her life. They had two children, Margaret and David Archibald. She died suddenly in 1932, and her funeral was a public event. Flags were flown at half-mast and there were over 100 floral tributes at the service in the English Presbyterian Chapel. Lieutenant-Colonel David Archibald Price-White, TD (5 September 1906 – 6 March 1978) was a Welsh solicitor and Conservative Party politician. He served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Caernarvon Boroughs from 1945 to 1950. Early life His mother was Charlotte Bell (later Charlotte Price White), a suffrage pioneer, local councillor and activist while his father, Price Foulkes White (1873–1952) was an engineer at the Bangor Electrical Company and Welsh international footballer.
