Premios Oye
Premios Oye! (Premio Nacional a la Música Grabada) were presented annually by the ''Academia Nacional de la Música en México'' from 2003 to 2013 with the exception of 2011 when they were not presented, for outstanding achievements in the Mexican record industry. The televised awards ceremony featured performances by important national and international artists like Robbie Williams, Sarah Brightman, Shakira, Juanes, Paul McCartney and Lily Allen among others. The awards were established in 2002 by the ANAMUSA (Academia Nacional de la Música) in order to reward composers, artists, record companies and every person who is involved in the music industry. This recognized the very best of musical production without counting the position where the artists charted in the Mexican Albums Chart. The equivalent of Premios Oye! (Spanish, meaning "Listen! Alejandro Fernández
Alejandro Fernández Abarca (; born 24 April 1971) is a Mexican singer. Nicknamed as El Potrillo by the media and his fans, he has sold over 20 million records worldwide, making him one of the most successful Hispanic music artists. He is the son of the Mexican singer Vicente Fernández. Duranguense
Duranguense is a genre of Regional Mexican music. It is a hybrid of Technobanda and Tamborazo. Its popularity peaked in the mid to late 2000s among the Mexican and Mexican American community in the United States, as well as in many parts of Mexico. The instruments held over from tamborazo are the saxophone, trombone, and tambora, while the instruments held over from technobanda are the electronic keyboard (more specifically the Korg X3, Korg N364, which are used for the main melody and the Yamaha DX7, which is used by many bands for the bass section), drum set, and vocals. Banda is a genre of Regional Mexican music and type of ensemble in which wind (mostly brass) and percussion instruments are performed. Luis Miguel González Bosé (born 3 April 1956), usually known as Miguel Bosé, is a Spanish pop new wave singer and actor.
