History Premier Leasing and Finance Limited was established on 26 September 2001 as Premier Leasing International Limited. The Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC) is the regulator of the capital market of Bangladesh, comprising Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE). Mizanur Rahman Shelley (2 January 1943 – 12 August 2019) was a minister of Government of Bangladesh, political analyst, political scientist and educationalist.
