Premeaux-Prissey (; also ''Prémeaux-Prissey'') is a commune in the Côte-d'Or department, in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, in eastern France. Nuits-Saint-Georges wine is produced in the communes of Nuits-Saint-Georges and Premeaux-Prissey in the Côte de Nuits subregion of Burgundy.
