Ismet Hazir Asllani (August 18, 1955 – March 24, 1999) was a businessman, humanitarian and logistic commander. Isa Mustafa
Isa Mustafa (; born 15 May 1951) is a retired Kosovar politician. Mustafa was the mayor of Pristina from December 2007 to December 2013 and served as the prime minister of Kosovo between December 2014 and September 2017. He was the leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) between 2010 and 2021. Early life Mustafa was born in the village of Prapashtica, in the Gollak Highlands of the District of Pristina, Kosovo on 15 May 1951, to Kosovo Albanian parents. He finished primary and high school in Pristina, and attended the University of Pristina in the Faculty of Economics, where he obtained a master's degree and a PhD. Municipalities Of Kosovo
A municipality ( sq, komuna, sr, / ) is the basic administrative division in Kosovo and constitutes the only level of power in local governance. There are 38 municipalities in Kosovo; 27 of which have an Albanian ethnic majority, 10 Serb and 1 Turkish. After the 2013 Brussels Agreement, signed by the governments of Kosovo and Serbia, an agreement was made to create a Community of Serb Municipalities, which would operate within Kosovo's legal framework. Medveđa ( sr-cyr, Медвеђа, ; sq, Medvegja, ) is a town and municipality located in the Jablanica District of southern Serbia. According to the 2011 census, the town has a population of 2,848 inhabitants, while the municipality has 7,438 inhabitants. Etymology The name is derived from the Serbian word ''medved'' (медвед), "bear", hence meaning "the place of the bears". History During the Roman period, there was a town (''mansia'') with the name Idimum located in the cadastral area of the modern town.
