Pramod Tiwari
Pramod Tiwari (born 16 July 1952) is an Indian politician from the Indian National Congress party. He is a nine-time Designated Senior Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLA) from Rampur Khas assembly seat and Former Cabinet Minister in Government of Uttar Pradesh from Pratapgarh of Uttar Pradesh. He was elected and as Member of Rajya Sabha in 2013 by-elections afor the vacant seat due to disqualification of sitting member Rasheed Masood and is a 3 time senior member of Rajya Sabha, served his term till 11th April,2018 and then was elected as Member of Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan for a second term and was again elected as Member of Rajya Sabha from Rajasthan,third time in a row in 2022. Career Pramod Tiwari was chosen as a member of Uttar Pradesh Assembly for the first time in the 1980s. He regularly won the Rampur Khas seat. Pratapgarh, Uttar Pradesh
Pratapgarh, also called Belha or Bela Pratapgarh, is a city and municipality in the state of Uttar Pradesh in India. It is the administrative headquarters of Pratapgarh district, part of the Allahabad division. Etymology Pratapgarh was the name of a fort built by Pratap Bahadur Singh (1628–1682), a local king, at Rampur. Later, the area around the fort started to be known as Pratapgarh. In 2006, the Ministry of Panchayati Raj named Pratapgarh one of the country's 250 most backward districts (out of a total of 640). Bahujan Samajwadi Party
The Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) is a national level political party in India that was formed to represent Bahujans (literally means "community in majority"), referring to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes (OBC), along with religious minorities. According to Kanshi Ram, when he founded the party in 1984, the Bahujans comprised 85 percent of India's population, but were divided into 6,000 different castes. Rasheed Masood (15 August 1947 – 5 October 2020) was an Indian politician who was a 9 time MP, 5 time Lok Sabha and 4 time Rajya Sabha member and was an Indian politician, a member of the Indian National Congress party and a member of the Lok Sabha representing Saharanpur constituency in Uttar Pradesh. He was known to be a one of successful politicians of Uttar Pradesh.
