Prakash Chandra Tatia
Justice Prakash Chandra Tatia is a former Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. He was a judge of Rajasthan High Court and after Delhi High Court. He currently holds the position of Chairman of the Rajasthan State Human rights Commission, Rajasthan Human Rights Commission and is working towards banning live-in relationships in India, with the claim that they are tantamount to "social terrorism" and that the status of women who were 'abandoned' after live-in relationships was worse than that of divorced women. He supports “intense awareness campaigns” to inform women to stay away from live-in relationships. He resigned from the post of chairman of Rajasthan Human Rights Commission on 25 November 2019 citing health and family reasons. References

Rajasthan High Court
The Rajasthan High Court is the High Court of the state of Rajasthan. It was established on 29 August 1949 under the ''Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949''. The seat of the court is at Jodhpur. The court has a sanctioned judge strength of 50. There were five High Courts functioning in the various units of the States - at Jodhpur, Jaipur and Bikaner, the High Courts of former Rajasthan and Matsya Union, before unification of the Rajasthan. The Rajasthan High Court Ordinance, 1949 abolished these different jurisdictions and provided for a single High Court for the entire State. The High Court of Rajasthan was founded in 1949 at Jaipur, and was inaugurated by the Rajpramukh, Maharaja Sawai Man Singh on 29 August 1949, later on after complete integration of Rajasthan in 1956 it was moved at Jodhpur with recommendation of the Satyanarayan Rao committee. The High Court of Delhi (IAST: ''dillī uchcha nyāyālaya'') was established on 31 October 1966, through the ''Delhi High Court Act, 1966'', with four judges, Chief Justice K. S. Hegde, Justice I. D. Dua, Justice H. R. Khanna and Justice S. K. Kapur. The High Court currently has a sanctioned strength of 45 permanent judges and 15 additional judges. History In 1882, the High Court of Judicature at Lahore was established with jurisdiction over the provinces of Punjab and Delhi. This jurisdiction lasted until 1947 and the Partition of India.
