Prajwal Revanna
Prajwal Revanna (born 5 August 1990) is an Indian politician who is the member of the 17th Lok Sabha from Hassan Constituency and also the 3rd youngest member of parliament in India. Early life and background He is the grandson of former Prime Minister of India H. D. Deve Gowda and son of H. D. Revanna, former Minister for Public Works Department in Karnataka state. Former Chief Minister of Karnataka, H. D. Kumaraswamy is his uncle. He graduated as a mechanical engineer from Bangalore Institute of Technology in 2014. Prajwal was appointed Janata Dal (Secular) state general secretary on 27 November 2019. He worked for more than 8 plus years in JD(s) party. Hassan (pronounced: Haasana) is a city in Hassan taluk and headquarters of Hassan district, in southern part of Karnataka. The city is situated above sea level. 2018 Karnataka Legislative Assembly Election
The 2018 Karnataka Legislative Assembly election was held on 12 May 2018 in 222 constituencies to the Karnataka Legislative Assembly. The election was postponed in Jayanagar and Rajarajeshwari Nagar, following the death of the MLA B. N. Vijaya Kumar and a voter fraud scandal respectively till 28 May. The election saw a voter turnout of 72.13 per cent, the highest in Karnataka since 1952 assembly polls. The counting of votes took place on 15 May 2018. John Michael D'Cunha is an Indian Judge elevated as a Permanent Judge in the Karnataka High Court on 1 November 2018. D'Cunha was appointed an Additional Judge of the Karnataka High Court on 14 November 2016. On 27 September 2014 he convicted Jayalalithaa, then Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, in her 18-year-old Disproportionate Asset case. He was appointed by the Supreme Court of India to the post in October 2013 as the fifth judge to investigate the case, replacing judge MS Balakrishna. Early life D'Cunha was born in Gurpur, Kaikamba, from Mangalore. He studied at SDM Law College in Mangalore, where he also played volleyball. D'Cunha started his law practice in 1985, and formed Manu Associates with fellow advocates Amruth Kini, M P Noronha and Ullal S K. Tumkur, officially renamed as Tumakuru, is a city located in the southern part of Indian state of Karnataka.
