The Prainha do Canto Verde Extractive Reserve ( pt, Reserva Extrativista Prainha do Canto Verde) is a marine extractive reserve in the state of Ceará, Brazil. Beberibe
Beberibe is a municipality in the state of Ceará in Brazil. Its estimated population in 2020 is 53,949. The municipality was created on June 5, 1892, and incorporated July 18, 1892. The name 'Beberibe' means "where the sugar cane grows". Geography The headquarters of the municipality are located in the town of Beberibe, which is situated about 80 km SE of Fortaleza, the state capital of Ceará. Near the town of Beberibe, and extending south-east along the coastline, are many magnificent beaches, popular with tourists. Sports such as kitesurfing are also popular at many of these beaches.
