Naveen Patnaik was elected as Chief Minister of Odisha for the fifth time in 2019. The ministry is informally known as Naveen 5.O. Here is the list of his ministers: Council of Ministers The Total Strength of Minister is 21 out of Sanctioned Strength of 22. The total number of cabinet ministers is 16 out of which 3 are women. The total number of ministers of state is 5 out of which 2 are women. All Minister of State are having Independent Charges. Cabinet Reshuffle Entire cabinet was reshuffled on 5 June 2022. All ministers of previous cabinet resigned on 4 June 2022. Odisha Governor Ganeshi Lal administered the oath to the new ministers.
